A lot of homes have that one room that just never gets comfortable. Maybe it's an upper-level bonus room, a converted space, or a room that's always been an afterthought when it comes to heating and cooling. A mini-split is the cleanest fix for that problem - no ductwork, no major renovation, just reliable comfort where you need it.

Here's what we're working with on this one. The indoor air handler is mounted cleanly on the wall of what looks like an upper-level room with a sloped ceiling - exactly the kind of space that's tough to condition with a traditional duct system. The unit sits flush and level, with nothing sloppy about the placement. It looks like it belongs there.

Outside, the Lennox outdoor condenser unit is mounted tight to the wall on a proper bracket, sitting level on the concrete. The electrical disconnect is right there next to it, accessible and installed correctly. Everything is neat. That's not an accident - that's what it looks like when a crew takes the work seriously.

Mini-split installs are one of those jobs where the difference between a clean install and a rushed one shows up fast. Refrigerant lines that aren't properly secured, units that aren't level, or electrical work that's just good enough - those are the things that cause headaches down the road. We don't cut corners because the whole point is for the system to run the way it should for years to come.

If you've got a room that your current system just can't keep up with, a ductless mini-split might be exactly what you need. It's a targeted solution that works - and when it's installed right the first time, you won't have to think about it again.
