HVAC System Installation in a New Construction Home

Here's what we were working with - a fresh Lennox furnace dropped into a dedicated mechanical closet during the framing stage. This is exactly the right time to do it. When the walls are still open, we can route everything cleanly, position the unit properly, and make sure the ductwork and flue pipes have room to breathe. No cutting corners, no awkward workarounds.

The PVC flue pipes and ductwork connections are routed neatly out of the top of the unit. That kind of clean routing matters - not just for looks, but for airflow performance and long-term reliability. A sloppy install creates problems down the road. We don't do sloppy.
