New construction HVAC is one of those things that most people never think about - until something goes wrong years down the road. The rough-in stage is where everything gets decided. Duct layout, equipment placement, pipe routing. Get it wrong here and you're fighting it forever.

Here's what we were working with - a basement mechanical space in an active new build. We've got the Lennox furnace set, ductwork fabricated and hung, and the PVC flue and intake lines run clean through the framing. Every connection positioned with the final startup in mind, not just whatever was easiest in the moment.

That's really the point of doing rough-in work carefully. When the home is finished and it's time for final set and startup, a well-planned rough-in means everything just works. No rework, no surprises, no callbacks. The homeowner gets a system that performs the way it should from day one.

We take HVAC system installation seriously at every phase - not just when it's time to flip the switch. Whether it's a furnace installation in a single-family home or a full HVAC system installation for a larger build, the groundwork we lay early is what determines how reliable that system is for the next 20 years.

If you're building a home or managing a construction project and need an HVAC crew that shows up and does it right the first time, this is the kind of work we do every day.
