New Cooling Units Installed and Ready for Summer

Summer heat doesn't wait around. And neither should you when it comes to getting your home's cooling system sorted out before the hottest months hit.

Here's what we were working with - two separate cooling units going in on the same property. One is a Lennox central AC condenser, mounted clean on a pad along the exterior wall. The other is a mini-split outdoor unit, tucked neatly beside the entry door with the electrical disconnect right there on the wall. Two different systems, two different areas of the home, both handled in a single visit.

That's actually one of the things we see a lot with newer builds and additions - not every space is set up for central air. A mini-split is a great solution for those spots. No ductwork needed. You get targeted cooling exactly where you want it, and it runs efficiently. Paired with a central system covering the rest of the home, you've got everything covered.
